Wedge anchors are threaded studs with a cone expander and a single piece expansion clip. The expansion clip ensures uniform holding capacity that increases as tension is applied. Wedge-style expansion anchors are for use in solid concrete or grout-filled concrete masonry. These anchors are available zinc plated, mechanically galvanized or stainless steel.
Not require precise hole depth or hole cleaning out.
Anchor can be hammered below the surface of the concrete when no longer needed.
The test values listed beneath were obtained using 200-250 kgs/cm2 concrete (no aggregate). A safe working load should not exceed 25% of stated value.
